PTFE tube can be made by extruded and molded techniques, so both extruded PTFE(PTFE) tube and molded PTFE tube can be offered. Meanwhile, we can use virgin, recycled or mixed PTFE material to make PTFE tube according to customers' different demands. As the material of PTFE has a very low co-efficient of friction, so the surface of PTFE tube has similar friction levels to ice. The material of PTFE can work at -180° C ~+260° C and is the best electrical insulator of all known plastics.
PTFE tube can be used as wire and cable jacket, inner lined pipes for corrosive fluids and used in hydrochloric acid heat exchanger, etc.

4)In lining, sealing and lubricating material, Dielectric at any frequencies.
5)In a pipe screw thread joint.
6) Elimination of liquid or gas leak in the pipe.
7) Suitable for high temperature applications and are chemically inert and non-leaching
8)Used as a sleeving for protecting cables, Widely used in high pressure hose applications requiring a long flex and impulse life, etc.
