The OMSS (Optimized Metallic Sealing System) is a high-performance, engineered sealing solution designed for the most demanding industrial applications. It utilizes a precision-formed metallic seal, typically crafted from advanced alloys like Inconel® or stainless steel, which provides an exceptional gas-tight and leak-proof barrier under extreme conditions.
The core of the OMSS is its unique, resilient sealing element. This element acts like a spring, maintaining a constant and reliable sealing force even under significant pressure fluctuations, thermal cycling, and mechanical vibration. This ensures long-term integrity where elastomeric or graphite seals would fail.
The series is in conformity with ISO 7425/I, GB/T15242.1 and GB/T15242.3
