Split oil seal is made of FKM elastic ring, spring energized ptfe+carbon ring and phenolic wear ring. It is widely used in reduction box, air blowers, crusher, conticaster, rotary furnace and air compressor ect. It can instead of traditional skeleton oil seal.PU(slide ring)+PTFE/Carbon(spring energized seals)+FKM(gasket)+stainless spring.

1) opening the hoop on the shaft, insert the other end of the exposed skeleton groove fit well
2) Letting interfaces up, then pushing the seal into cavity.
